My weight loss has been a journey filled with small victories followed by disappointing setbacks until I joined Keri's four-week weight loss program. Within the first week, I lost three pounds, and by the end of the class, I dropped 10lbs. It's now been 10 weeks, and I'm down 25 lbs. I have come further in the past 10 weeks than I have in many years. Thanks, Keri, for teaching me a new way to reach my goals.
